Rezoning review process now in place

As of the 1st September 2016 a new rezoning review process will operate in NSW. The new process seeks to increase independence and transparency, as well as reduce delays in the planning process. However, it includes a number of changes that will significantly affect the future consideration of planning proposals. Achieving design excellence in the City of Ryde

The winner of the Design Our Ryde International Design Ideas Competition has been announced with the Beijing Institute of Architectural Design selected as the winner for their striking and well resolved design for the Ryde Civic Hub Precinct. The eight-month design competition, facilitated by JBA has produced a winning concept that encapsulates and respects the character and aspirations of Ryde, while creating a unique and distinctive civic precinct.
